Nice property, but needs some fine-tuning
Lovely property and spacious rooms.
However, the WIFI was very slow and inconsistent. Only one device in our party at a time could actually log in and connect to the internet.
Also, the TV was very difficult to navigate. We were never able to exit out of the Hilton Hotel sales promo channel to network TV using the remote, and there were no instructions provided in the room. We were not there to watch TV so did not contact the office. But it would be advisable to provide instructions as not every guest is technically savvy.
Also, considering every unit at this property has a full kitchen, it would also be helpful to know what is expected for clean up prior to departure. Considering Hilton requires and whopping !!!$200.00!!!! deposit, it would be nice to know what needs to be done to ensure that a full refund is received.
We would stay here again, but would gather more information at check-in.
