No breakfast , but did have a small store to buy food. Icemaker was not working. Room was spacious and had a mid century decor. Very clean. Parking was tight. No handicap parking close. Rooftop was nice for the evening after dinner smoke.

We had a wonderful Best friends bday trip! It was only a day but we made the most of it! The property is beautiful. My favorite spot other than the apartment was the rooftop! Such an inviting space to relax and look at the views.

We loved our night at Hotel Phillips. We had minor issues getting into our room, and staff was prompt in getting us situated. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for staying in for dinner. Just what we needed after a week in the road.

We loved our stay at Hotel Phillips. Just one complaint, the a/c blew directly onto the bed and it was a lot of air. We had to practically hide completely under the covers, the air needs to be diverted off the bed. We would still stay there again!!

It was a very beautiful place to stay!! It was fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home! My family and I loved staying there!!

The room was like a studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I was expecting a couch for an additional sleeping spot, but the room only had a queen size bed. The bathroom was small but updated and clean. The thermostat in the room was not adjustable. The room was 66°, so we had to use the provided space heater to heat up the room. The freezer in the mini-fridge needed to be defrosted.
