While I would stay here again because of the price, there were a lot of things lacking. The staff was nice, the room was clean. There were only three small pillows on the king bed. However, there was NO airport shuttle, even though it was advertised online. The breakfast was about a "C", lukewarm, and not a lot of variety. The pool was green, the hot tub didn't "bubble", and there weren't even any towels in the pool area, even though I was there at 10 a.m. and the sign on the shelf said if the towels ran out at 1 pm they wouldn't be replaced for the rest of the day. Our door caught on the frame, and made a horrendous noise every time we went in and out. I felt sorry for the people around us when we got there at 11 p.m.

The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, but the essentials were available. We had an issue in one room with bugs, however they moved us to a room. However the next day they called us to say they needed us to move to a third room which they had not said anything and were difficult to deal with for a mistake they made, appeared to have double booked rooms. We finally resolved and did not have to move because we were not on site, however they were not the most helpful with this issue.

Hotel was pretty outdated. Hardly any of the outlets worked, the room smell was not pleasant, sink overflowed, and they had zero towels in the pool area. Pillows were the size of a throw pillow. Pool is also incredibly small. But you get what you pay for.

Our first room was dirty but we were given a different room pretty quickly. That evening our room cards were deactivated and had to be reprogrammed and that happened a couple of times in a two night stay. The walls were dirty and there were handprints on our headboards. We did not have the breakfast or use the laundry services. The pool was packed, which is why I booked this hotel so we never got to use it.
