Found hair on my towel, ac unit was very loud, didn’t have Kleenex only bath tissue, sheets were very thin and gave me allergies, curtains did not block out sunlight, the surroundings looked unsafe and sketchy.

Linens fresh and beds comfortable, ac functional, no weird odors except some tobacco, spacious,, clean rooms, tv difficult to operate streaming with weak wifi signals and rest of motel a little sketchy, but 24/7 live person security in parking lot

Toilet was not anchored securely to the floor, safety handrail in the shower wasn't attached. No hot water to shower. No amenities such as a hairdryer. TV didn't work. Staff was helpful to get it reset and running. Hotel was in a location that was difficult to navigate to.

The only positive I have for my stay was the staff. They are friendly, helpful with good attitudes. My room- curtains were worn so bad you can see through them. I thought the floor felt gritty on my bare feet. I took a hand towel, wetted it and rubbed back and forth from the bathroom sink to entry door, approximately 15 feet, it was black with filth. I’m not sure they ever damp mop the floors? The bed wasn’t comfortable and bathroom and tub had hair from a previous guest. I had a crack in the ceiling above the tub/shower and it was wet and in need of repair. I didn’t complain and just went with it during my 4 night stay. I understand I wasn’t at a newer hotel but wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family.
Lightly cleaned the floor.
Ceiling cracked, sold from water damage.

Didn’t use laundry or nearby shops. Room was poorly maintained. No provision for hanging clothes. No tissue's or cups provided. Floor was not clean. Bathroom faucet handle was about to fall off. No stopper in sink. TV had No Signal from any source. Good bed, however. Overall Poor rating is generous.
