This was a comfortable 2 night stay at the Garner Hotel. Conveniently close to the station and to the local town Christmas market. The staff were professional, polite, friendly and very helpful. Loved this stay! Great panoramic view of Berlin from the top floor too.

Rooms and beds were good and clean. Breakfast was also good. Staff was kind & helpfull. The only bad point I have is that there is no airconditioning. It was 30+ degrees outside and inside also very hot. Made it hard to sleep.

Room 914 was clean and overall was good but the fridge wasn’t working.Check-in could have been a little quicker-only one lady and quite a queue. Breakfast was good with decent choice and the view was fantastic. Could mention on website/app that Stresow S-bahn was just a stone’s throw away-that would have been particularly helpful for me as I came by train to Spandau and could have got right next to the hotel on the S-Bahn.

Everything as advertised, checked in late because of plane delays, and it wasn’t a problem. Didn’t have a problem with only knowing English. Breakfast was great with a cool view! S-Bahn is literally right outside. Used that to get all around Berlin… very easy!

Issues on check-in, confusion with bookings, key card programming not working, took a long time, bar facilities inadequate, breakfast staff didn't think breakfast was included but it was, had wrong name down for our room, etc., etc. Not sure if we will be returning.
