El hotel es increíblemente limpio y acogedor. El servicio de los conserjes es excelente siempre es importante dejar propinas y regalitos de vez en cuando. Mi habitación siempre tuvo cosas extras como agua, cerveza, toallas y flores.

All staff were exceptional in all areas but watering down drinks with tequila when you asked for vodka doesn’t work. This happened over and over again to many people. The food and the buffet was good and in the Italian restaurant as well but all other areas were subpar. Low shelf alcohol. Too many other great choices in area.

First of all, we paid for two queen beds which we didn't get. They gave us full beds for a family of four, I was not happy about that. Our room door was jam, it did not closed properly. At one point I went to the room and it was open, after calling them to fix it two times.

1. Checkin/check out was simply efficient and quick! The receptionists are very helpful
2. They had the bellboy delivery your suitcases within 20 mins or less depending how busy it is to your room!
3. The resort itself was beautiful and spacious with good views throughout.
4. Great resort to bring your young kids as young as newborns. My children 2&3 had a blast!!
5. Staff is very helpful polite and helpful to anything you need. Housekeeping were great.
6. 5-6 min walk to CANCUN sign straight down the street!
7. The only thing it lacked was the taste of food. Although they gave a few options in the resort of different types of cuisines, certain things lacked flavor/did not taste as authentic as described even the Mexican food. I feel it lacked flavor in the Italian restaurant La Horma. (Thus 4 stars only)

The resort was very clean at all times and the staff were very friendly. The pools were great and the entertainment was also fun. They had daily activities and performances.

The staff were great. The hotel is old and in need of repair. The lobbies and elevators do not have AC and are extremely hot. Food was mediocre at best. There are too many options in Cancun for us to be a return guest at this property.

The unselected of Iberostar Selection
We were under the impression during our stay we would have a number of restaurants to choose from reality is that many of these restaurants rotate days of closing perhaps due to lower occupancy but the restaurants were so small that even when they were open they would feel very very quickly some of these restaurants could see no more than 100 people and with a occupancy level of some 1500 plus in this Resort you could see how this could become a problem even with lower occupancy and then rotating days where everyone wants to try the restaurant because it's been closed so you can't get a table this was probably the most frustrating when you're spending 600 plus a night there are a few bars on property but only the main lobby bar seems to have a proper selection of spirits
FYI right after checking in they try to tell you that you get a free spa treatment by checking in with the concierge that is a sales pitch that you might sign up for where you can buy a membership
My suggestion is that if this is something that you are considering make sure you do this late in your vacation there so you have a real understanding of what you may be potentially buying so take the property out for a spin before signing on the dotted line
