This property had great restaurants with excellent food. The Naga Hibachi was great, our chef was interactive, and gave us so much food. The steak restaurant was excellent and cooked perfectly. The buffet had a lot of options, somewhat bland for myaste, but good. The wait staff was hit or miss, from being ignored to well taken care of.
The bar staff was hit or miss as well. We went from being ignored ( not busy at all ) to having excellent drinks with staff that remembered us and knew exactly what we wanted.
The cleaning staff was also intermittent, from roses on the bed and a perfectly clean room, to no clean towels, bed made with dirty sheets, and empty water bottles. A shower that leaked and mold at corners in the wall and some of the grout in-between the tiles.
Also empty glasses, dirty plates, etc.. lined the halls by the doors for full days. Gross
The front desk was excellent very helpful.
Overall OK, we have been to other resorts so we have expectations ( not excessive by any means ), but just consistency throughout seemed lacking
