Hotel e não Resort
Razoável, os quartos e limpeza no geral são bons, mas os colaboradores, via de regra, especialmente dos bares e restaurantes são grosseiros e mal-educados, parece que estão fazendo um favor em te servir. Refeições limitadas, dentro dos horários estabelecidos pelo hotel. Nos bares, diariamente existia apenas 1 garrafa de coca, quando acabava não havia reposição. Apenas um atendente nos bares gerando fila. Cerveja acabou em alguns dias.

Não tenho do que reclamar do hotel. Fomos muito bem atendidos, a comida é farta e com algumas diferentes opções. O hotel e grande e confortável. O único ponto de atenção é a água do chuveiro que é salgada, mas é um excelente hotel.

Was not Impressed with this hotel. Although staff was friendly and pleasant and food was decent, it was not at all as portrayed on the website. Not direct access to beach like they said - it’s a walk through their sister hotel, close by but still not ‘direct’ and not that many chairs setup in our area of beach. We had bugs in our bed. Housekeeper said they spray once a week. We had to buy our own bug repellent spray for the room thats how many bugs there were. We all got very sick within 2 days of landing. We wanted warm shower, but it was really cold salty shower water not even lukewarm. When we go complain they send maintenance man and he just tells us to keep water running for 5minutes. We did and didn’t work for us at all. He did it 2 different days for us and showed us warm water coming and when he left right away cold water again. Also the shower did not drain at all even though we kept letting them know. Plus the water in the shower/sink was very salty.we used bottle water to brush our teeth it was that gross. I got a rash on my whole body with this salty water. If you ask for help no one knew basic English to help us out. Also - every single day we did some sort of maintenance to the toilet ourselves. Either the flusher was unhooked and even broke one day. One day chain was so loose it kept running water. There was also a bad sewage smell constantly outside the hotel. I would come to Dominican again - but not this hotel.

It was beautiful. The swimming pools were good. Te beach water was too contaminated with see weed.. The bars were OK for the price. The service in the restaurants was very bad and slow. Not enough dishes nor cutlery limited the efficiency of the restaurant. However, the food was good.

Food was very poor, we were out of energy for about 3 hours while sleeping. We were sweating like crazy and had to open all the windows. My wife asked for margarita, there wasn't, she asked for piña colada, there wasn't, in the morning during breakfast we asked for hot chocolate, there wasn't. That was horrible. I need to talk to a supervisor because that didn't worth the money that we paid for. I do all my reservations with Expedia I never had a problem before but now this is unacceptable.

It is close to the beach, food was average, wifi kept disconnecting, bathroom door lock is broken, toilet doesn't flush properly until I figured out I had to flush twice. The water was disconnected from the room 2 hrs before I had to checked out coming back from the beach at 10 a.m no water to shower or use the toilet. I asked at the front desk and the lady pretend not to understand but she could understand every thing else that I was saying.

El hotel en general es muy agradable con relacion precio/calidad, los restaurantes son excelente comida variada y siempre fresca, los bares excelente en cuanto a los cocteles, los bartender (Cesar y Victor) son gratas personas igual que el personal de restaurantes y una persona ecepcional es EVELYN encargada de las actividades deberia tener un reconocimiento de la empresa por su calidad en el servicio y atencion. El punto negativo pero MUY NEGATIVO es el personal de la recepcion son personas groseras, antipaticas y poco serviciales con carencia total de etica en su trabajo consideramos que no son personas idoneas para estar en esta posicion,
