4/10 一般般

His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. The floors were sticky and dirty. The pool was dirty and the fire detector kept going off until Maintenance came to replace the battery.. next morning. A cleaning lady came into the property stating she thought we were checking out. The house itself was very nice in size. Location was great and it is an affordable rental, but needs better management.

Ck in was at 4pm. Place wasn't ready till 5:15. Place was clean. Pool was dirty n cold. Had to pay to have it heated. 1st day it was still cold. So only got 1 day of heated pool.place was kinda run down as well. Fire alarms kept beeping. Communication could have been better as well. It wasn't terrible, but wouldn't stay here again.

It was a nice home on Pendant Court in Kissimmee however the washer and dryer which i consider major amenities were both broken for the entire 5 night stay. Ran out of towels by night 3. Notified Swanky Vacay on the first day that the laundry drain was clogged the valves for the hot and cold water were both turned off when we arrived and both appliances were unplugged so obviously it was a known issue. 25 text messages and 5 phone calls later it was never resolved. I was told it was fixed after 2-3 days and we ran the wash only to find the washer and dryer now standing in 2 inches of water until the next day. Seemed dangerous as they are plugged into the electric Could have been much cleaner. I probably cleaned it better than the previous cleaning crew. Water smelled of sulfur, not a very good water treatment facility used for this community. One of the toilets didnt flush in bedroom 3, would have been nice to know before hand. Smoke alarm was beeping every 2 minutes for the first 14 hours of the stay. 2 bed frames were broken, 1 mattress in the master bedroom upstairs was leaning so the entire night felt as if you were rolling off the bed. Not a complaint but be aware that an additional $40 per day is charged if you require the pool to be heated.

I didn’t get to check in the house that was book because of plumbing issues. Than no one called me back about another house. Into it was hrs later that we was supposed to check in. We almost didn’t have a house because of this
