Loved the hotel, clean and modern. The breakfast was better than expected, really enjoyed the fresh yogurt, oatmeal with all the trimmings to go along and the automatic pancake machine which eliminates the waffle mess. Bacon and eggs were fresh. The only thing that was missed in the room was a coffee machine and microwave. But other than that the hotel was very nice and the rate was reasonable.

The bed was so comfortable. The decor was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. Some of the guests was not friendly but it was not a huge deal but over all it was nice.

Parking was easy and though it snowed overnight, the parking lot was plowed before check out time. Very new property and everything was in excellent condition, with the exception of the pool, which was closed. Breakfast was just meh--the pancake making machine was broken and the food was just ok, although we did eat toward the end of the time it was available. Close to shopping and the price was very reasonable. We will be back!

This hotel was 2 months old. In our room a tile in the bathroom was already missing and when we came in the front door it would not open. The person at the fesk took a little bit to realize we could not get in. She apologized and said that has never happened before. She was very pleasant. I did not say anything at the front desk about the tile. Location was great, a short distance from Kellogg Arena and there was a Meijer and other places of business within walking distance.
