Le séjour a été très plaisant. la chambre était très agréable et conforme à la présentation sur le site. Malheureusement, le ménage (y compris faire le lit et vider la poubelle) n'a pas été fait une seule fois en 4 jours ce qui nous a un peu déçu. C'est dommage car nous avons été gentiment accueillis, le petit-déjeuner est extra et nous avons diner le soir de notre arrivée : très bien. Nous avons signalé ce petit inconvénient le jour de notre départ. Malgré tout, nous retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir à l'Hostellerie de Goujounac

Watch La Loire Flow By!
Here's an interesting property! Unpreposessing from the outside but full of charm inside. We hadn't realised when booking that it wasn't actually an hotel - more an air B&B. But as we had the entire house to ourselves we were perfectly happy. Maybe not otherwise! Boulangerie and Casino within walking distance to pick up breakfast and a marevllous restaurant 'Le Montsorelli' just down the road in the shade of the castle. Lovely people to meet in the town and right on the river

Great little hide away
After long journey and arriving later than thought we were made to feel very welcomed as was our dog. Our room was lovely and bed very comfy. Breakfast was good and more than enough for us. We unfortunately did not get to sample restaurant but menu looked good and was well used in the 2 days we were there. Would go back to visit again

Fransk atmosfære og afslapninng
Det var et dejligt sted at opholde sig. Dejlige værter, som hyggede om os og hjalp med at finde et par vingårde, hvor vi kunne købe den lokale vin. Et sted som kan anbefales, langt væk fra storbyens stress.

Utrolig dejligt, ville ikke have fundet hotellet uden hotel com. } hyggelige og hjemmelige omgivelse. Værelse og bad . Værtsparret meget venlige og imødekomne. Var meget hjælpsomme efter et lille trafikuheld. Fantastisk mad.

A broken promise - very disappointed.
We checked in after enduring a difficult 6 hour drive from Montpellier and were hoping for the best after scanning the plentiful positive reviews on TripAdvisor.We were expecting quite a lot- far more than is offered so it turns out,with a few unexpected disappointments to boot.After a quick shower and asking to borrow a corkscrew from the Dutch owner(as the bar didn't open until 7pm, which she gave us, which was nice)we went for a quick walk and eventually sat down to eat there at 8:30.The food was OK,nothing special,reasonably priced-the steak portion was quite small(approx.180g).The lady didn't know how much it weighed pre cooked which is more common on the continent than in the UK so was surprised when she just said 'normal steak size'.Asked for water,Vittel 50cl served,2 euro 90c.Restaurant was swarming with families from nearby campsite.This was a surprise to us as there is nothing on Expedia or the Google map to indicate such.What we thought we were getting was a quiet hideaway in the south of France.Major comfort problems started when we retired for the night to our room.The(antique)bed is undersized and the foot of the bed has pillars,making it unsuitable for people over 6 feet tall.We were forced to put the mattress on the floor.There is no AC.We asked for a fan,which they provided.The toilet is "Compact" as the label says.Directly on the only through road in the village-HGVs are regular,throughout the night. The TripAdvisor reviews are mostly for their restaurant!
