スタッフはフレンドリーです。施設は古いですが、メンテナンスをしています。6月1日からプールのタイル張替えをしていました。近くにはコンビニ、ミニビッグCもあります。

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel restaurant limited to Indian traditional cuisine. No bar. No other food or drink ameneties on prperties. Pool is excellent. In room shower is in a shared space with toilet. Not very practical. Good pricing. You get your moneys worth.

Le plus c’est la piscine. La chambre était correcte mais sans possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre donc rideaux fermés tout le temps. Insonorisation très limite avec ́a chambre voisine. L'entretien des chambres se fait correctement chaque jour. Le pire c’est le petit déjeuner que j’ai payé 350 baths par jour avec la réservation. Ne pas faire l’'erreur de le prendre car il est en dessous de tout. A ce prix là, on trouve bien mieux en ville. Tout ce qui m’a été proposé était à peine chaud. C’est exclusivement au goût hindou avec une musique de style bolliwood qui casse vraiment les oreilles. J’etais content de quitter l'établissement.

I stayed at Arawana Express North Pattaya during my recent trip, and overall it’s a very basic hotel. The price is good, and the staff were actually great—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. No complaints there at all. However, the property itself is older and has some major drawbacks. The biggest issue is that there is no elevator, which makes it very inconvenient—especially for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. The bathrooms are also a shower-toilet combo, meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Personally, I didn’t like that setup at all. I actually stayed at two different Arawana locations on this trip, and based on both experiences, I wouldn’t stay at either again. For a little more money, I would definitely recommend choosing a better, more comfortable hotel.
