I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience, especially for the price. The location is fantastic and, at first glance, the building looks grand and impressive. Just to set expectations—it’s not the Ritz, but it doesn’t pretend to be. The hotel is definitely dated in places, but everything was spotlessly clean, which mattered more to me. My single room was pristine: fresh bedding, clean floors, and a comfortable bed. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, a TV (slightly wonky on the wall but working), and a heater mounted high up. The corner sink didn’t have hot water, and the laminate floor showed signs of wear—likely from water splashes over time—but again, it was all very clean. The wooden window frame could do with a fresh coat of paint, and the blind was a bit tired, but nothing that affected my stay. I used the hotel as a base, and for that purpose it was ideal. The reception staff were polite and friendly, which made a big difference. For anyone travelling on a budget, this place is genuinely good value for money. I’d happily stay again.

Gostei bastante do hotel, principalmente da localização. Fica muito próximo da estação Victoria, com fácil acesso a metrô e ônibus, o que facilita bastante a locomoção pela cidade. O quarto é confortável e bem equipado, porém um pouco pequeno. Para pessoas com sobrepeso, pode ser desconfortável, especialmente por conta do box do banheiro, que é extremamente apertado. Não tivemos serviço de quarto em nenhum dos dias da nossa estadia. Não sei informar se existe um horário específico para a limpeza, mas no dia em que saímos às 9h da manhã deixamos a placa solicitando arrumação na porta e, ainda assim, o quarto não foi limpo. O atendimento, de modo geral, é bom e ágil.

really kind and lovely staff, in a gorgeous neighborhood that's centrally located ... it is NOT fancy, nor even recently renovated, so please understand that you are getting a very *basic* room (which is what you're paying for)... but it was quiet and warm (in winter), with plenty of hot water If you need to entertain people, then no, this is probably not the place, but if you just need a safe and cozy place to sleep between adventures out and about in the city, I can highly recommend it

Location was excellent, bed was fine, and the room itself wasn’t terrible for the price. I never had to wait for the single shared bathroom but only because I woke up really early to use it. Ran out of TP more than once (again shared bathroom and 3 rolls?). Ear plugs and an eye mask helped sleep. Loved the location and how charming the neighborhood was.

Value for money it was brilliant. I had a single room with ample storage space for clothes (rarely found in many hotels), a plug-in heater which wasn't used as the room was warm, kettle with tea and coffee, a television, hairdryer and plenty of space under the bed for a large suitcase which kept the room neat. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels being provided by a very friendly young man. Being a single room I shared a bathroom. I believe twin bedded rooms have ensuites. The reception staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the location is top notch! You are right in the centre of beautiful Belgravia, within spitting distance of coffee shops, restaurants and classy shops. Victoria coach station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Perfect!

イギリス旅行に3泊しましたが、スッキリした綺麗な部屋で、フロントの方も愛想が良く、快適な滞在でした。最寄り駅から徒歩7分とアクセス良く、近くにスーパーもあり良かったです。ただ、シャワーのお湯量がとっても少なく、渡り廊下もあり少し寒かったのが残念でした。

You pay for what you get I suppose. Was a shared bathroom room, long way to get to that bathroom. Room was in a bad condition, bed was creaky, but it was cheap so what else could I expect? Probably won't stay again.
