Paid 200$ for a Business room. Description does not say that room does not have any windows. Despite cheaper rooms having river views. Only reason I stayed there.
As description says room has curtains I assumed it would have windows. It does not.
Asked to change when I got to the room but was told that is what I booked.
Why does room description not clearly say that a Business room here does not have a window? Why would someone on Business not want a window! Why say that the room has curtains. Really annoying!
