The room is spacious and amazing, complete with a bathtub! It’s very close to the train station, and the staff are nice. However, there were some annoying issues: the noise from the fan was bothersome; you had to request daily cleaning as it isn’t mandatory. I stayed for two nights and ran out of tissue on the second morning. Additionally, there was no phone to connect directly to reception.

Very poor condition. Staff couldn’t care less. Filthy. No parking available. Oh and the smell !! Pictures in advertisement do not reflect condition. Poor state of repair. Did not stay. Parking offsite expensive and long walk to hotel. Take it or leave it attitude.

Minha esposa e eu temos mais de 64 anos e fomos colocados em um apartamento no segundo andar, com vários degraus para subir com malas. A rede wi-fi oscilava muito e o sinal era baixo, praticamente impossibilitando seu uso. O apartamento era pequeno mas nos atendeu satisfatoriamente, pois tinha uma boa cama e bons travesseiros

Dirty, tissue paper for toilet, only 2 towels, no wash cloths, extremely dusty, very noisy, the air didn’t work, shower curtain didn’t even cover half the shower. We told the front desk we didn’t want to even stay two days and she said they don’t work for Expedia and she couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed the nite it was so bad Also your site says everything is included. It wasn’t we had to pay for parking. The staff at front desk were unprofessional and it was filthy. Honestly we should get a full refund at the very least the nite we didn’t stay. We will never recommend this place or to book using your service.
