We stayed in a family room over the Christmas holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and a great shower. The buffet breakfast is a good deal since kids eat free. Just know that if you show up at a busy time you may need to wait for items to be restocked. All of the staff were very friendly, and the location next to St Pancras was perfect for our stay. This was our first time at a Premier Inn and we'd definitely stay again.

Beware of this hotel, customer service is horrible and we were robbed along with 3 other rooms, they stole jewelry, cash and gaming consoles and obviously no forced entry so it was obviously an inside job, I still haven’t received any reimbursement and we do have a police report but it doesn’t seem to help,

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel. Nous étions proche des transports et des commerces. C'est un plus non négligeable. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, le personnel très agréable et réactif et le petit déjeuner était très appréciable. On y retournera la prochaine fois !

Super emplacement, juste à côté de la gare St Pancras et de King's Cross qui dessert beaucoup de lignes de métro, également des bus qui s'arrêtent juste devant. Le petit déjeuner est moyen fait le job, les chambres sont bien isolées, les lits confortables. Le restaurant pour le soir est pratique après de bonnes journées de marche.
