Foi uma ótima experiencia, escolhemos um quarto com vista para a cidade, onde podiamos ver em cheio a London Eye direto da nossa cama, também da janela conseguiamos enchergar o Big Ben. Recomendo muito escolher o quarto com vista! O hotel tem uma boa localização, próximo a estação de waterloo, porém está em uma zona mais comercial, então a partir das 22h já fica dificil encontrar um restaurante aberto por perto. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa, principalmente o Juanito que nos recebeu muito bem e sempre muito disposto em nos atender com simpatia. O café da manhã é bem completo, e com diversas opções, podendo fazer uma refeição completa já cedo. As instalações do quarto são novas e confortaveis. Senti um pouco de falta de uma ventilação natural, pois as janelas são de vidro fixo e em alguns momentos o quarto estava quente, e não tinha como refrescar, apenas aquecer. Também poderia ter um frigobar disponivel no quarto. No geral o hotel é muito bom dentro do que oferece, atendeu todas as nossas expectativas, recomendo!!

O quarto foi maravilhoso, com vista para a London Eye e Big Ben. Próximo de pontos de ônibus e pontos turísticos que podem ser feitos a pé. O café da manhã estava muito bom com várias opções para quem é intolerante. O hotel fica próximo de restaurantes, starbucks, cafeteria saudável, mercadinho e supermercado. Wonderful 5 night stay. Hotel is very close to Waterloo Tube and shopping arcade, and Westminster Bridge and many bus stops. Huge room in old hospital wing part of hotel. Everything was just right. Will stay here again soon.

Everything was good with the exemption of the restaurant. We decided to try the restaurant and they didn’t have steaks, potatoes, or soup on that day. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Good bang for your buck.

We were able to check in early. However, the family room with 2 single beds and a double was tiny! All bed. The location is super close to the London eye, Waterloo station and amazing graffiti on Leake St. Arches. Would recommend if traveling with children. The restaurant left a lot to be desired in terms of the breakfast buffet and drink service in the evening.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, so dass vieles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick Richtung Osten und das Bett war super bequem. Auch das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit!

When booking on Expedia I booked for a city view room, which we did not get when check-in. Rukal ? Who was so lovely found us a room with the city view, she was so polite and happy to help us. Our stay here was impeccable. I would recommend, walking distance to everything.
