The host walked in after I had shower and asked me to leave right at 11 I did try communicating through text but the parking situation is a scam it’s a home with out door parking spot in front of garage though they mention charging $12 for parking you have no legitimate parking spot literally piling cars in drive way and charging guest.

Clean room. Minimal amenities. Some loud guests periodically. Entrance instructions could be more clear. Would be nice to have a coat tree or something to hang up a jacket, etc. Overall, a good place for a night at a reasonable price. Not really within walking distance to shopping/restaurants.

We usually like to stay here it's very peaceful it's quiet it's clean it's in a great location but unfortunately there was a couple of guests here that were very disruptive and it was loud obnoxious and it's drinking you couldn't go in the kitchen people are sleeping outside of the rooms it was terrible

This is a home. Shared bathrooms and tiny rooms. Worst of all guest do not respect that everyone can hear you so people were talking outloud, making noises as if they were the only one in the home. I got maybe an hour of sleep. The doors were flimsy and broken. This is not a hotel but more like a hostel.

Im not sure on a fireplace. I would get to the place late at night and leave early morning. The place is a home with 9 bedrooms that are 8x8 in size and has a full size bed, a chair and a small table. My 8x8 bedroom was advertised as deluxe double room. The place has 2 bathroom to be shared by all guest that occupy the bedrooms. There is a full size kitchen for sharing by all and a sofa in the livingroom area to be shared by all. The house looks and smells clean, the bathroom was clean, and our room was clean. The person handling the bookings said to me that parking is $12. Per day. The ad should mention that bathroom, kitchen and liverroom is to be shared. The ad states that they do daily cleaning. I believe it wasnt done while we were there 3 days cause the garbage can in bathroom was full all the time. The walls are thin and some people woke up earlier than me and they were loud. Its not a bad stay, but i wish i knew about the sharing. This

This is not a hotel. This is a hostile where there are 9 rooms in one location. 2 bathrooms that are shared between the 9 rooms. Single kitchen. I'm very disappointed. We booked our room. The double bucket. It was woken up in the middle of the night with film women knocking on the door sitting in the therapist pools to have this room management cam.Nothing was ever said or how was resolved be?Leery of this property

Spotless room and house surprised it was a house originally a 4 bedroom now 8 with only 2 bathrooms which could be a problem with high occupancy trying to get ready for work but for my stay was a non issue clean modern well equipped and quiet
