The location is prefect at the middle of town, the front desk service was kindly and helpful.

The hotel is located right next to İstiklal Caddesi, where we can shop for souvenirs with ease within walking distance. Surrounding neighbourhood was vibrant even at evening, while noise was negligible during our stay at night. We got a room upgrade; the room was decent and spacious with plenty ceiling height. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. They provided great recommendations for breakfast and dinner, and it was indeed good ones for what we tried from their options. We could feel their kind and genuine hospitality when they offered to confirm reservations and to arrange taxi.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with lovely shower and plenty of space. No natural light was the only problem. Perfectly located to explore Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay! Our flights to Athens got cancelled due to strikes, so we had to scramble and make other plans. Decided on Istanbul and made reservations easily on Hotels.com. The staff were amazing, they gave us a hotspot we could take with us when exploring for free WiFi, gave recommendations on where to eat and things to do. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t have been happier than here for our short stay here!. It is also just off the Istaklal Cadessi, so right in the heart of a main tourist road leading to several major attractions. Convenient to catch the tunnel or metro or walk down the hill to the shorefront walkway.

Bir dahaki İstanbul seyahatimiz de otelin konumu, temizliği, bakımı ve çalışanların ilgisini göz önünde bulundurarak sadece bu oteli kullanmaya karar verdik. İstiklal caddesisinin hemen önünde güvenlik sıkıntısı çekmeden otele geçiş yapabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Galata kulesi, Pera müzesi tarihi pasajlara çok yakın 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesi ile Karaköy iskelesine ve Tophane tramvayina geçebiliyorsunuz bu da diğer tarihî mekanlara ulaşımı kolaylaştırıyor. Bizi hiçbir konuda zorlanmadı. Kahvaltı ve yemek seçeneği olmaması çok iyi böylelikle otele bağlı kalmıyorsunuz. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi bir otel.

The hotel is in a very central location within a short walk to Galata tower. It is in a very lively area close to amazing restaurants and shopping options. The stay was pleasant and the staff was eager to help and offer recommendations.

最上階のテラス付きの部屋からは船が行き交うボスポラス海峡がよく見えます。部屋は広くてゆっくり休めるソファがあり、居心地がとてもいいです。スタッフの方はどなたも親切でフレンドリー。レストランや交通手段など、いろいろアドバイスしてもらい非常に助かりました。また、このホテルはカラキョイからフニキュレールを使えば5分もかからない所にあるので、旧市街もすぐ行けるし、アジア側へのアクセスも簡単です。とにかく素敵なホテルでした。ありがとう！
