We had a lovely stay. Room was excellent, it was a pity the weather was not so great so we did not use the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the train station. Bar is nice.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, staff were really friendly and really helpful. The location was excellent as literally a 5 minute walk to main train station. The surrounding area was abusy one but really good noise reduction ince in the room.

We were blown away at the service this hotel provided! The staff was amazing from front desk, food/breakfast area, cleaning crew to getting help with where to go and how to get there!!!! Do wish the bar was open......or at least opens in the future. Room clean and sufficient for our stay!

The beds have curtains that gives you full privacy. Probably the best solution, providing the most privacy, that I have experiences at hostels in Italy.
Lockable cabinets on the room (bring your own lock).
Good capacity toilets/showers on each room.
Practical location, literally 2 mins from the train station. The place is new, so obviously in good condition, clean and all that. Will stay here again for sure.

NO TV. Except for slamming doors and a maze to get to room, this hotel was pretty nice. Buffet breakfast was a disappointment as it wasn't ready at 6:30.

It was sufficient. Ask for a bottom bunk unless you're young and lithe. You will have to make the bed yourself out of the provided bedding. Good view of Vesuvius. Two bathrooms in the room with showers in each. Shampoo provided in the dispenser. Bunks have curtains which do.not.cover the full length, lights, and power outlets. Lockers adjacent to the room, you need to provide your own lock.
The location is excellent, very close to the central train station, shopping, and food.
Luggage storage was great and convenient.
I can't speak to the other listed amenities, as they weren't available. I was told the day room was closed. The office space looked like it was still being renovated and had no desks or furniture. There was no kitchen available, no lounge, no game room. I did see the gym in the basement.
The hostel appears to be an addition to student housing or dorms. The setup appears to be geared to them rather than the hostel guests.
I would stay again, due to the convenient location and cheap cost; however, I would look for other options first. This would not be my first pick again.

All great! New installation with everything you could ask for. The place was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. It’s close to the metro, bus stops, and connections to other cities, including the south coast and high-speed trains. I was impressed by the quality of the soundproofing in the building. Breakfast is fairly good as well!
The only downside was some misinformation from the staff. I checked in on Saturday and was told breakfast was at 6:30, but it actually started at 7:00. This meant I woke up earlier than necessary and then had to rush to catch my train after a quick breakfast.

La cercanía con la estación central es excelente, las instalaciones tambi én. El problema conmigo es que no revisé que era una habitación compartida y las camas en literas (me tocó una de arriba porque las de abajo estaban ya ocupadas) creo que eso es más para jóvenes que cuentan con presupuesto ajustado (mochileros), no para mí una persona de 57 años de edad. Por ese motivo mi calificación de estancia es regular. No me gustó y no lo disfruté.

Unser Aufenthalt im CX Naples Centrale war einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Napoli Centrale, perfekt für Ausflüge und den Flughafen-Transfer, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war modern, super sauber und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war jeder stets aufmerksam und professionell. Das ganze Hotel wirkt frisch, gut organisiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Preis-Leistung ist top und wir hätten uns nichts Besseres wünschen können.
