Appears to be a rather new hotel. Wide halls, modern rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Had to call front desk for tissue. There was no shower mat in bathroom. Breakfast area was very large, but breakfast selections were lacking.

This hotel is beautiful! Just built- has only been open for 6 weeks, so brand new and CLEAN! The room was perfect, super comfortable beds, more on the firm side which we love! My husband and I slept great! Loved the vinyl plank floors in the room instead of carpeting. It's not too far of a drive from green bay or appleton! The price per night was amazing also. The only bummer was that the hot tub was not working which we were looking forward to using and the breakfast wasn't the greatest. We would definitely stay again, tho, despite those couple of things. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend to other travelers!

We arrived around 11:30pm. No one was at the front desk, there was no bell to ring. I ended up yelling "hello" and someone came out of the back. The rooms were very nice and clean. I was impressed by the bathroom and the cleanliness. The TV would not work, which wasn't a big deal. However, the smoke alarms had covers on them which would cause them not to work. This is a clear safety hazard. Also, breakfast was supposed to go until 10:00. We got there around 9:30 and the food was gone. When I asked for more waffle batter I was told they didn't have anymore. I went for cereal and there was no milk. We ended up having to go out to breakfast.

Everything was wonderful about this hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly and it was very convenient. The rooms are very nice and the towels are incredibly soft.

When I booked the room they knew there was five of us and ages of my children. They never had sheets or blankets or pillows for the pull out coach. When we got pillows they did not have pillow covers. For breakfast I noticed another guest stocking which then propped the employee to get off his butt to work. Even then he didn’t stock well. Then yesterday they were running out of syrup and actually ran out today. My husband went to kwik trip to buy syrup cause the employee told me they were out but when another guest got after him for it he then stated another associate was retrieving syrup. By then my husband was back and we shared our bottle of syrup with four other guests. The pool towels were not restocked and huge pile was on the side of the bin for them cause they were overflowing. Housekeeping we thought would come in and freshen up the room and nope we were there for three days!!! We have stayed at plenty of hotels where they have come daily to do light housekeeping. Also would it hurt to wash your windows and take the stickers off them. We understand it’s new but it’s so tacky.
