The AC is not well maintained - it produces such loud noise that I couldn’t sleep well during my stay of 2 nights. The cleanliness in the room was barely okay, as there were spots and dirts on the wall.
When it comes the free “continental breakfast”, I believe it’s a universal standard to provide at least a piece of meat/bacon and options on eggs. There was only toast, bagel, coffee, water and hard boiled eggs. Per my experience in more than 100 hotels, it is just misleading to call that a continental breakfast (maybe call it an American breakfast would be more appropriate as it just look sad).
When I checked out at 10am, a typical peak hour, there were no staff at the reception at all. I waited for a while and eventually I had to get into one of the staff rooms behind because I had to catch up the flight. Apparently a few staff were there chic chatting. I believe resting for staff is important but would you at least keep 1 person in the reception during the peak hour?
I still give it 2 stars because it’s close to the airport. That’s it. But Mainstay is not the only option nearby. Definitely do not suggest to anyone due to the poor management.
