靠近地鐵站，不錯的選擇
靠近地鐵站，鄰近有商店超市是不錯的選擇 。酒店在第四區去市中心約半小時左右的地鐵車程！酒店有升降機上三樓；如住四樓要行一層。免費早餐得麵包及咖啡；如想食得好一點酒店可給予八折卡到鄰近的JJ餐廳品嘗英式早餐約加三四鎊，是一個好選擇！其他方面都可以的喔！

Not good
I really don't know what to say, luckily we weren't in our room for very long, it was simply used as a stop over for one night, which was very lucky!!! The hotel was extremely run down and very dated. The lift was out of order and according to others had been for a long time, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, everytime you moved a spring would pop, our sons bed was broken, the bathroom was in a tiny cupboard, it was grimy and stained, tiles and the shower door was broken. The hotel was very noisy with all kinds of goings on around the back at all hours, cars pulling in in the early hours blasting out music, people shouting, high traffic noise, oh and the hotel is situated right next to an ambulance station so you also get sirens going off all night. All in all not a great experience, all four of us lacked sleep and we wouldn't return.

Je déconseille fortement car sale (la chambre).
L'hotel est bien situé car près d'une station de métro qui mène au centre de Ondres mais la chambre qui nous a été attribuée était sale, il y avait des taches sur la moquette, des toiles d'araignées au plafond, les toilettes etaient sales avec je ne sais quoi dedans et le 2ème jour ils lnt même été utilisés pendant notre absence... Un cauchemard. Les draps étaient propres et l'accueil convenable. J'ai fait une vidéo que je vous enverrai.

Basic but clean. Good location. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed. Could do with a refresh (especially the tiny bathroom) but the room was large and clean.

Albergo peggiore in cui io sia mai stato. Siamo scappati dopo 20 minuti, sporcizia ovunque, capelli e sangue nel letto, e addirittura uno scarafaggio. Nemmeno fosse un carcere. Non andateci, rischiate letteralmente la vita.

Hôtel correct pour dormir
Notre séjour c’est globalement bien passé. Le personnel a été très aimable. Il s’agit d’un hôtel assez banal, qui vieillit. Il y a une station de métro juste à côté qui amène directement en centre ville. Les chambre sont correctes. À notre venue, pas de petits déjeuner servis mais une offre pour déjeuner dans un bar à côté. Le gros point négatif est l’isolation, on entends tout, les gens dans l’hôtel comme les bruits extérieurs. Cet hôtel est une bonne alternative, éloigné du centre donc moins cher mais le métro permet de s’y rendre très facilement.

Okay for a night stay
Service was really good. We had a problem with our room which the receptionist offered another room. The first room had broken vents which you could hear loud traffic and there was a draft. One of the curtains did not cover the whole window. The second room was better sound wise, but the bed was very uncomfortable it had a dip in the middle. Bathrooms are small, run down could do with an upgrade you can see black mould in the shower which we didn’t use. Could see the staff tried their best and did give us good service thank you.
