The Room was not available due to restauration or repairs. Hotels.com provided a replacement room of the same category and standard, which turned out to be everything but a place to be. This trip with hotels.com was totally unacceptable.
The impression of the presented flat and the condition of the flat differ. Not by what you see, by the condition itself.
The owner, though, already indicated to work on it.
