The staff are quite nice and it's very clean. The breakfast was too simple and not replenished in time. There was no phone in the room and the hair dryer didn't work! A damp smell!

Os recepcionistas até tentam ajudar e são gentis mas o hotel é horrível. Quartos e banheiros sujos, quartos com cheiro e mofo ou fumaça de cigarro, an internet não funcionou e as fotos não condizem com a realidade. Só não fui pra outro lugar porque ia perder todo o dinheiro porque o cancelamento não era nem parcial.

No one in lobby or answering door or phone number upon arrival. This “hotel” also had very sketchy people hanging out around the outside of the entire hotel. Didnt stay and ended up having to find another hotel room. I wont be using hotels.com app for booking anymore.

Didn't feel comfortable at all the room wasn't as expected to much old items except new mini microwave and room size mini refrigerator. Ñever smelled fresh mildew in the bathroom ceiling no tissue paper holder. Old furniture. Nice remolded floor. Needs a paint job. No coffee or anything. I wasn't satisfied at all drugs alcohol smoking police all weekend Friday Saturday. Po.ol area for small children playing area not safe

This hotel should be removed from all lists. Seriously blacked out. We didn’t stay and I hope we aren’t being charged. This place was a wreck. Around midnight we checked in. Go up to the second floor outside entrance. There is a fellow standing outside our room. He says that he is on the phone with the front desk and he should move so I can stay in that room. Room was filthy. We left. The couple with two children that came in behind us also left. We saw them later down the street at the Hampton. She was appalled at the conditions of the room. They had told her they could clean it. Those are the facts. Personal opinion, scary situation. Please remove them from all rentals lists.

The pictures you guys have up on your website were not correct, you made it look presentable and nice. Half of it was under construction and even rooms were boarded up.. it looked like a run down motel. I didn’t even stay we had to book a different place due to how gross this place was.

The staff is fantastic, fun looked happy. Good sense of humor. The room was spotless and beds comfy. However, no coffee maker or blanket. The remote didn’t work, but you could still watch the TV with a buttons on. I use the bathtub in the water was perfectly hot. I would stay here again.
