飯店位於Sorrento熱鬧的紀念品街上，房間沒有很新穎但是整體來說乾淨舒適，飯店內的每一位人員都非常友善親切，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，入住的當天剛好是耶穌受難日，待在房間陽台觀看整場遊行真的是很特別的體驗

5 Star Hospitality and location.

The location of this hotel is perfect! The second you step out, you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and the life of Sorrento. The kindness and hospitality was the best of all five hotels we stayed at during our tour of Italy. The room was clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space to spread out, and a lovely balcony. Many hotels provide breakfast, but this one includes cooked to order items and service with a smile. You do need to navigate some stairs to get up to the hotel, but if that is not a problem, this is a perfect place to stay. We would absolutely stay again!

The noise is horrible and we could not sleep at all since the windows were not closed properly. We were there for 2 nights so we just enjoy the surrounding that’s all but won’t go there again. The room floor was diagusting. Cleanliness is a zero on 10

The location of this property was ideal. It was close to all restaurants and ports. The closest parking facility was far away from the property. It was challenging to walk to property with luggage. The property felt more like a 3-star Airbnb than a 4-star hotel. The breakfast they offered was very poor quality. Housekeeping was poor quality. We were better off not having any housekeeping, they left dirty rags in the room and did not properly make bed.

Incrível, é super bem localizado, bem no meio da Corso Italia e ao lado da Piazza Tosso, a principal. Não tem como chegar de carro, tivemos que descarregar proximo ao hotel e deixar o carro num estacionamento próximo. O quarto é muito limpo e com otimas instalações, banheiro muito espaçoso e limpo e o café da manhã é simples mas muito gostoso, com frutas frescas, frios e ovos cozidos. A equipe é bastante prestativa e simpática.muito bem recomendado.

My family and I had a great time at this bed and breakfast place. It was walkable to everywhere in Sorrento. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean.

The property contacted us beforehand to inform us that despite taking our booking they couldn't accommodate us without switching rooms during a 2 night stay. We accepted this as it was a late booking and the location is great, right in the historic pedestrianised town. They also offered complimentary mini bar. They fell down again though due to the facilities offered at this so-called '4* hotel'. It is not that at all. At best, this is a collection of a few apartments with few facilities. For example, there is no pool or terrace as advertised.We couldn't even leave our luggage at Reception for a few hours because it was closed between 12-4pm. And the downside of being in the town centre is that it is very noisy. Staff were friendly though.

Our 5-night stay in Sorrento at Palazzo Montefusco was exceptional! The city is beautiful and our visit was made even more special by staying at a hotel/B&B that took care of every detail. Staff were very helpful & attentive. They all genuinely take care of guests with a smile. The hotel is modern, comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento. Even though it’s located on a busy shopping/restaurant street, the rooms are soundproof. Slept so well in a well-furnished and stylish room. Breakfast included everyday. Excellent quality and choice of food. Something for every taste. Perfect location - only steps away from tour bus pick-up’s. I just can’t say enough nice things about the concierge Giuliano and the breakfast attendant Anna. They exude joy and made us feel so welcome. A million thanks to the Montefusco team for making our stay so special & memorable in such a good way! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Montefusco did not disappoint! Wonderful central location! Very friendly staff. Hot water, very clean, fridge, kettle, wine glasses, slippers. Stayed on the side overlooking Corso Italia and so much fun watching people eating at the outside restaurants and shopping in the little stores, listening to the church bells ringing. Happy place! Special Thanks to the remarkable staff, Antony, Guiliano, Anna,Rita, and our maid who kept our room spotlessly clean!

Fantastic location with a great view over the Main Street. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean and pleasant. Quite a small room without much room for luggage and the shower wasn’t great but these are small issues. Overall a great stay for the price and highly recommended.

Beware!

This was not a good experience at Palazzo Montefusco. Our room was directly over a bar and we were unable to sleep until about 1 am. We complained and after 2 nights, we were moved to Palazzo Tritone which was fabulous. The hotel failed to provide a price reduction for the 2 nights of poor sleep; and worse, in checking my credit card statement I noticed an additional charge of $251, even though I had prepaid for the rooms.
