Is ok not bad. Location very good and very convenient but just it’s a pity a room too smaller and near a window! N restaurant no more foods provided but lucky walking at street where so many different restaurants to choose!! Mostly hotel is very good location in London !! Future it’s can provide little but big room that’s very good !!

The room was very compact but had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated nice and modern. I was a solo traveller so for one person this was ideal but I think if there were two people in here it would definitely be a bit tight. As a base to explore London it was ideal close to China Town and Covent Garden and easy enough to get round. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveller. The staff were lovely very helpful and friendly.

Great location, small rooms ideal for 1 person and excellent value for money when I went. Free wine and cheese on a Saturday afternoon which was a real treat. Good coffee making facilities in room. Would recommend.

Behagelig temperatur, stort og behagelig rom til å være London standard og til prisen vi betalte. Te og kaffe tilgjengelig på rommet. Veldig hyggelige og tilgjengelige folk som jobber der. Trengte ikke betale ekstra for oppbevaring av bagasje etter utsjekk. Gir ekstra stjerne fra meg. En skade i gulv på rommet må utbedres, men antar denne er ny og man ikke har rukket å utbedre. I

It's best to think of this as a step up from a pod hotel. I've traveled extensively in Europe and I'm used to tiny hotel rooms, but the thing about this was how little floor space there was, especially because there was nowhere to store bags. A backpack, a carry-on suitcase, shoes, and you've pretty much covered the floor. The bathroom has no places to hang anything. Etc. If you're okay with that, it's a very good place! If I'd known I might have at least been better prepared for it. But it is clean and functional and works well and is superbly located.

Clean room, great location for attractions and amenities. As in most places in Europe, the room is very small. The problem is that the rooms have no closet space or dressers, so you have to basically live out of your suitcase, which was pretty frustrating for a day stay. Didn't find the staff friendly for or helpful for the most part.
