The room strikes you as very futuristic when you walk in but it's practicality lacked on several fronts. There were no drawers to unpack into, and the only place to hang clothes was hooks on the wall. There was no place to hang towels to dry. The light in the bathroom was too dim to properly shave by. While the frosted glass of the bathroom blurred the view, if you like privacy while sat on the throne this definitely doesn’t provide it. There was an ironing board on the floor for use of all the rooms but there was no iron in sight. My room was located on the 4th floor. While yey apologized for the lift not working when i arrived, when it did work it turned out it only covers have the hotel and i still had to climb the stairs. The hotel is very centrally located with easy walking distance to Covenant Garden and Leicester Square. The underground was just a 2 minute walk. While you'd expect a centrally located hotel to be higher priced i felt overall it it was overpriced for what it offwred., especially when breakfast is not included

Lift is broken, which could be an issues we were on 1st floor so okay with kids. Top bunk has less air flow and felt stuffy, making it a bit harder for kids to settle. But room exactly what we needed

My stay at the hotel was generally ok, but the room I was given unfortunately affected the overall experience. It was located in the basement and felt both dark and very small – almost a bit claustrophobic. I was surprised that it was classified as a double room, as the space was extremely limited. I tried to change rooms, and I understand that the hotel was fully booked the first night. However, I was disappointed that the staff couldn’t even check availability for the second night – that would have been an easy way to improve the stay. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and tidy. With a room that feels a bit more open and bright, and a little more flexibility and helpfulness from the reception, the experience could have been much better.

Værelset var placeret i kælderen uden vindue. Der lugtede lejlighedsvist af fugt på gangene. Der var larm fra andre værelser og fra 1. Salen. Rengøringen var fin - møblementet moderne.
