From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff treated us like royalty. we stayed at plenty of hotels before, but the friendliness and helpfulness here were just insane. Every single person we met went out of their way to make sure we was comfortable — they even remembered our names after just one day! 👑 The service? Absolutely top-tier. They’ve got a free shuttle to the nearest train station (super convenient for exploring the city), and they make sure you never have to wait long. The facilities blew our mind — everything is spotless, modern, and super well maintained. The pool, gym, and rooms are all way above expectations. And let’s talk about location — there’s literally a 7-Eleven right nearby if you get hungry at 2 a.m. (which, let’s be honest, happens 😅), and Terminal 21 mall is just a short walk (7 min) away for shopping, dining, and more fun. I honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re coming to Bangkok and want the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and over-the-top hospitality — Radisson Suites Sukhumvit is the place. Good value family sized room. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable though- could do with some investment there: Great value breakfast. Decent gym and pool area. Punjab grill is a great on site option for food. We will return regularly for weekend stays in Bangkok.

Enjoyed the stay. Obviously newly opened. Pool area still had construction. And at times could hear construction noise until 10pm . But overall will be a great hotel. The location was good but the shuttle to Terminal 21 essential. But is walkable in the cool of early morning or evening. We found the room comfortable but no plates or cups provided in the small kitchenette area was strange?

Compared to other hotels i have stayed at in Thailand, this one felt over priced for what i received. My room had clear signs of water damage on the roof, and there were coins and dust under the night stand which created doubt on the quality of cleaning. Two separate twin duets for my King Bed vs one big blanket - unquie compared to other hotels so far. The restaurant was incredible and i would highly recommend their breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was given the suggestion to visit the weekend market which did not disssapoint! Convenient location and very walkable area surrounding the hotel.
