L’appartement était propre est très bien placé, petit bémol la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas, mais sinon je vous le conseille la vue est magnifique vous pouvez tout faire à pied… Merci

The place is advertised as RS Suites fashion district but it is impossible to locate using that name. You need to chec in online and pay the safety deposit through a link in order to get tour check in details. There is no front counter staff, as advertised. Only security desk. Upon arrival, there was little bathroom amenities. There was only one set of towels for 2 of us so we called and they asked us to look in the dryer. The dryer handle is missing...asked staff to bring missing things and call back and they basically said if there is someone working tonight...never heard back. After grabbing toiletiries from dollarama, we prodded the dryer open with a knife and found the towels lol. Not many spoons or forks but the kitchen was deceent. Coffee and tea is communal so like anyone could have used it and could be contaminated. Room seems a lot smaller than advertised but it was good. Lastly the thermostat was on a very rapidly changing schedule so when we arrived it was 23.5 degrees and within an hour it was 25. We had to constantly change it to keep it comfortable and the schedule wasnt easy to find or change. Overall,thevalue formoney is great and most ppl would not find this things a bother but others might who arent as young or mobile. Id recommend the place as long as you know what to expect checking in and the communication with staff may not result in meeting all your needs.

Great downtown location

Fantastic downtown location - we walked over from the train station, took about 10 minutes. It’s in a sort of commercial building, there is a security desk with a guard in the main door 24/7. Well laid out unit on the 24th floor. Needed a little maintenance (floor boards were damaged) but I mentioned this at checkout so I hope it gets fixed.

Loved the location, but the aparment had a couple issues. There is water damage to the floor in front of the laundry unit which warps the floor in the hallway. Also the toilet seat was crazy loose so sitting on it was like trying to sit on a slip and slide, and the hook for the toilet paper is facing the wrong way, so every time you try to get toilet paper you pull the whole roll off. Also several outlets didnt work, or only one of the plugs in the outlet worked. We ended up unplugging the TV and a lamp to be able to charge our phones. The check in process was weird, and the room was not ready at check in time, which left us standing in the hallway waiting for the cleaner to finish up.

Situé près du centre-ville, à 15 minutes à pied du Rogers Center et de la tour du CN, accès au building surveillé 24/24, l’appartement bien divisé, lit confortable, magnifique vue sur la ville. Seul bémol est le manque d’équipement dans la cuisine: pas de linge à vaisselle, pas de verre (juste des tasses à café) pas de coupes à vin, très peu d’ustensiles. Quand on loue avec une cuisine complète, on s’attend à un peu plus. Le parquet à l’entrée était brisé et gondolé probablement suite à un dégât d’eau… en espérant que la réparation sera faite bientôt. Mais malgré tout nous sommes heureux de notre séjour.

While the location of this property is great, it should be noted that there is no parking on site and finding parking is not only challenging but also expensive. There was no communication before check in which resulted in chaos trying to gain access, park, and walk with luggage. Wouldn’t do it again.

The place was okay, if you're going for 4 days and don't care for a good aesthetic. Meaning there was wood damaged to the floor, dirty bathroom door and stained living room pillows. However clean bed, clean couch, counters and bathroom. Good for the price if you’re not too focused on aesthetics. Everything nearby was very convenient, and my 4-day stay went smoothly.

Our experience started out not great as I was not forwarded the check-in information. We had already arrived at the property and had no idea what to do next. It took about a half hour and a lot of stress to get in contact with the property to send me the information. This was all done standing on the street with our bags. Thankfully after that miscommunication the rest of our trip was excellent. The property is located in a great location and was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The suite was clean and the building is safe with security onsite.

To be clear, this is NOT a hotel. It's a condo building filled with different Airbnb properties. The 24/7 concierge is meaningless, as they have nothing to do with the rentals and will just tell you to contact the property owner for pretty much anything. The check-in process is needlessly complicated. I sent messages both here and by text to ask about check-in procedures, and received no response prior to my arrival. I did, however, receive a generic text message from a number I didn't recognize demanding payment the night before, but since it didn't provide any context or even identify the property, it's indistinguishable from spam. Standing outside, I had to use my phone to fill out their registration form, which seems to expect everybody to be travelling with their passport even if it's a domestic trip. After filling out the form and providing a credit card for the damage deposit, I received an email telling me to ask the concierge to let me up to the floor. Except he was on his break and didn't return for 20 minutes. Turns out these instructions were wrong and the elevator doesn't require a fob -- they just send the same instructions for multiple buildings. The unit itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. I have no complaints about the unit or the neighbourhood. However, there's a reason I avoid Airbnbs and prefer to stay in hotels with management on-site.

Nice location and stay.

Very nice property, great location, close to the main attractions. The AC controls were very difficult to find and adjust. the fan was running all the time and, not able to change it. there should be clear instructions posted by the control.
