The room itself was clean, but the showers and common areas were dirty. Water was pooling on the floors of every shower and the entire area smells moldy. I think this could be an easy fix with additional cleaning and ventilation. I had an idea of what to expect for the price though.

Its decent except the guy from capsule 29 who keeps on yelling to anyone whenever somebody make a noise as if he owns the place. Management should inform all guest that capsule can get noisely specially if you have no tolerance.

My wife and I stayed here because we wanted an inexpensive way to stay in Montreal, and we didn’t need anything more than a bed. It’s basically a hostel, but with doors in front of the bunk beds…and the bunk beds have a TV, which we didn’t care about. We probably won’t go again. The people behind the desk were good people, but literally were wore sorry clothes and didn’t look like they had had showered in a while. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, though a bit claustrophobic. The heater / cooling wasn’t very exact, so we got a little hot during the the night. The bathroom experience was ok…quite a few people when we were there spreading their stuff all over the floor. In the photos they have people sitting in the “rooms” chatting with other people who are staying. That would never happen, because the hall is almost totally dark. No one is hanging out. This probably comes across as a negative review, but it was what it was. I felt safe there, and there was lots of different types of people staying there. It wasn’t our thing. In the future, I would stay at an actual hostel, because then I feel like it would be more of a meeting/community experience. This was a bit weird, and we don’t plan on staying at a place like this again.

È la mia prima volta in un capsule hotel e non ne sono rimasto affatto deluso. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, letto comodo e comunque con una sua privacy, servizi disponibili (unica pecca lo scarico dei bagno che era un po' difettoso). Beh, ci tornerei volentieri se dovessi stare uno o due giorni a Montreal.

Very nice arrangement - compact, clean, with all requisite facilities. My only complaint is a broken flush in the toilet that leaked continually - causing much wastage of water - and resulted in a forever messy commode.

This was the definition of "ok". The staff were super friendly and helpful, no issues there at all. The "rooms" and shared areas could use a little more attention. I understand this is an area with high turnover but the state the shared showers and washrooms was in was pretty sad

Capsule is clean, very comfort. Perfect for solo traveler or with friends! It’s just the flush of the toilet gave me hard time. Doesn’t work well. And washroom is in the lounge which is a little uncomfortable for me when I eat it in the lounge cause there’s a fly. But overall it’s worth the price. Lots of shower cubicle. I will definitely come back.
