Excellent service, great location, and a very stylish, spotless hotel! We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Having someone who is honest and gives you genuine recommendations makes such a difference, especially when choosing a hotel from another country. We truly appreciated the experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Este hotel me encantó. La habitación es amplia, cama comoda, con ropa de cama impecable. zona de closet perfecta, baño grande y amplio. Limpieza a destacar.

This hotel was amazing! We liked the location (walkable to anything you want to do, get in a quiet area itself). No matter which room we stayed in, we would have found the hotel excellent, but they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite and we were blown away. Our room was huge, modern, comfortable, clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was luxurious. The best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, seriously. And the value was excellent! Staff were helpful too! The laundry room was nice to have also, as we travel through Italy we had a stop where we could do our laundry (free, they even provide the detergent!). We will recommend to anyone we know going to Florence. Cannot recommend enough!

A Very chic and modern hotel with courteous staff. Close to many popular places but not in a crowded area. Very safe neighborhood. We had the two bedroom suite which was very spacious for the four of us. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your family breakfast. Everything was upgraded, modern looking and clean. We had a nice stay there and we would definitely go back.
