The staff were Awsome. The place is brand new and opened in July 2025. Beautiful inside and out. Good parking and easy access off of the highway. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pet friendly. Pricing makes it even better.

HORRIBLE place! I would give it 0 stars if it were an option. Staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, yelled and threatened me when I complained about the malfunctioning of the in room cook top. Attempted to escalate the situation via corporate and got automated CSR who just kept passing the buck. The so called general manager, whom was at work in sweatpants and a hoodie, no name badge, refused to give me her supervisors contact info. They charged me $55 for having my childrens service dog in the room with us. As if ALL of this wasn’t bad enough, they continue to attempt unauthorized charges on my card on file! I’ve filed fraud reports with my bank and although I have reached out to corporate multiple times, have yet to receive a response. I would never ever recommend anyone stay here!

Room was fine but they left bar soap and shampoo on shelf in tub one of sheets on bed had a small blood stain on it I ask for sheet to put some more on it made me wonder if room was cleaned good but I always clean mine

This is new hotel, still super clean, comfortable bed. Good location, safe, and close to food, gas, etc. Front desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms do have kitchenettes, but it is important to note that there is NOTHING provided for food prep or consumption in them...no dish soap, no dishrags, no paper towels, no utensils, no plates or bowls, no glasses and certainly no pots, pans or food prep stuff. That was kind of odd

Smells of the building materials. Otherwise, not so bad. I was charged $100 twice (two rooms) by asking for a different credit card from Hotels.com. I don't like this. They should disclose the policy upfront. I will not reserve from Woodspring Suites anymore.
