The toilet was clogged apon atrival , 1/4 roll of toilet paper let on sink, toilet paper holder was broken but still hanging , 1 tissue left in tissue box on bathroom sink and an used drink cup in the ice holder left on counter top.

The hot water took forever to warm up in the shower and even when it did the water pressure was barely there. The pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The water was literally green. Location was perfect, close to everything. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast eatable but not much to choose from. The eggs were cold.

it was nice but there was a dirty bandaid in our bathroom. the room was very hot so it took forever to cool off and the pool was drained which was one of the main reasons for coming to this location. it also says it’s walking distance to the island and it’s no where near the island so we had to drive. The breakfast was hardly anything so again another reason we went with this one bc we wanted breakfast.

The room they gave me when I checked in at 6:30 pm wasn't even cleaned beds had been used. Had to go back down to the front desk and wait for someone to show up. Was given a different room the tub leaked and the sinks underneath wood was water damaged. When checked out couldn't inform the front desk of any issues due to no one being there just dropped door cards in the basket that was marked on the desk

It was nasty! Dead bugs over bed a BIG SPOT light outside our room that was so bright that it kept us up all night. Heat was set on hell and couldn't change it. I was up all night cutting heat off and the opening doorsto balcony to cool us off. How dare y'all to support a place like this!! Never book with y'all again!!!

Upon arrival the girl who was working the front desk was sitting on the couch in the lobby. She got us checked in and we went up to our room which we had a little trouble finding as it wasnt numbered on the wall plaque or by the door. We get inside to find that the "cable tv" that was advertised was nonexistent along with the fact that the also advertised wifi did not work as well. The main reason for booking this particular room was because of the jacuzzi tub that was pictured, well there was a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom but the jets did not work, so at this point we started calling the front desk and ofc course no answer. I proceeded to call several times but still no answer. So I ended up having to add hotspot to my cellphone plan just so we could watch tv. The next morning we go down to try to discuss the issues with someone, but to no surprise no one was ever at the front desk. There was a sign that stated " be back in 10 mins" that remained up our entire stay. Even upon checking out noone was at the desk. So the sign that stated be back in 10 minutes had a phone number that i called the next morning in which a guy answered and i asked about the jacuzzi tub jets not working and he proceeds to tell me that " we did not rent this room for jacuzzi tub, we rented it for the "mountain view"" so I tell him the reason I rented was because the jacuzzi tub was pictured in the advertisement for the room. He says ma'am we turn the switch off for the tubs because water is too much
