The room was absolutely beautiful we had the king suite for my mom’s birthday. The moment we asked into the door of the hotel we were greeted with smiling faces and gentlemen that helped us carry our bags to the front desk and up to the room. Extremely friendly and polite staff. I would have to say it’s our favorite casino also. Mom hit on her second slot game. Everyone was so happy her. I would give it a 10 the only thing was the bed. It was absolutely unpleasant to sleep on mom and I didn’t get any rest but we had a wonderful stay.

Pillows were terrible. Bathroom floor was extremely dirty. First day there I reported tv didn’t work properly and never fixed. Two chairs in the living area desperately need cleaning. Stains are terrible. Tried calling the front desk several of times with no answer. I would never stay here again and I will pass this on to people I know that do go to Cripple Creek

Large room! Large bathroom! Staff were courteous. The two dinners I had at Maggie's Restaurant (downstairs) were excellent and reasonably priced.

We stayed one night here in a quaint room! Very clean and comfortable! Chris Anderson Dana Banta Larry Martinez Michal Santistven went above and beyond for us and were fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Great hotel, but it’s got a lot of stairs

This is an old mining town that has casinos side-by-side. This particular one has the hotels upstairs, and unfortunately, the elevator can only be used by private residence, not hotel guest. There are 26 steps to get upstairs. Me being 71 years old and having to carry a couple of heavy suitcases was a chore. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and they do have underground, sheltered parking available.
