You need to switch up breakfast items so it's not the same thing every single day. Add flavored yogurt, croissants, danishes, pancakes or French toast. The menu stated bacon was served but we never saw it for the entire week we were at your hotel. The evening reception needs more than meatballs and a ton of broccoli. How about a salad? Or Nachos?

We enjoyed the room and the rest. The breakfast was disappointing. Some items were not available: oatmeal and juice. Some items were served initially, but not available because of the demand and not replenished quickly: bacon being the one that affected us. Also, when we booked with hotels.com, we booked a King bed. When we checked in, we were told that the Kind beds were no longer available. We attempted to check in early and learned that early check-ins were not possible. Then, late that evening, when we were able to arrive for our stay, those beds were not an option. We don't know if that delay was the reason, but for whatever reason, we didn't get what we thought we'd been promised.

Quick family getaway
This hotel is located near great shopping, fun dining, easy access to interstates to mountains and airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many options for breakfast The room was clean, was nice to have a kitchenette.

Over all we had a nice stay! Few little things like, there was hair in the blow dryer and bathroom, also not the best room placement across from the business center with nonstop meetings going on all day, everyday with the door open. Rest of room was nice! Hotel staff was also very nice and provided excellent service throughout the week we stayed! Breakfast was decent and free! We would definitely stay again!

Lazy management and poor customer service
This hotel doesnt deserve to be an IHG hotel. The front desk staff is unprofessional and rude. I had called in to ask for a missing chair for the accessible bath tub and had to go get it myself from the front desk. There was

Great staff, excellent breakfast, nice stay, but..
A Staybridge guy for 25 years. This hotel is fine...funky layout..clean, very friendly staff, a very nice breakfast. Downsides: It is pet friendly so we enjoyed barking throughout and the owners left their "doggie leavings" in a plastic bag outside the door...delightful smell. And, the mattress was well worn with body channels in it.

Excellent service and comfortable accommodations
The property was well maintained and clean. The front desk service was superb and the room was clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was that we only requested a room clean once in our 12 day stay and we didn’t get a restock of coffee, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent so I had to go to the front desk to request those things. On the day that we requested this we were left a card that said those were things we would have taken care of, so I expected this to be done and it wasn’t. Not a huge deal but it was important to have those things. On another note, not having been to this area before it was tricky to find a safe, comfortable place to stay and we found just what we were looking for. We would stay here again.
