My room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous.
Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel.
Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.

The hotel is close to the metro station. Easy to arrive. The exhaust fan didn't work, need to call the staff the fix it.
Location is okay...Wanda shopping mall is just few minutes walking,metro 2&1 closes to the hotel
Equipment is fine, but management should be improved to match five stars,
1)We arrived 2pm but were told to wait till 3pm because the room isn't cleaned yet
2)I booked two room and one with two beds, hotel finally give two rooms both with one bed only
3)Suggest reception should separate check-in and check-out
