位置非常好，步行街和食店就在樓下，而且坐在陽台看楼下非常之有特色，但要提著行李上四層樓梯和地區太旺找不到車位，太嘈吵等問題就要注意！

Valeria and Daniela were phenomenal. Their warmth and kindness were exceptional. Honestly everyone working there was great. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It has both Advantages and disadvantages. The Advantages are it location civilian, the room itself , the daily cleaning, the breakfast and the helpful staff. The disadvantages are the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. One has to carry the suitcases up 3 floors and at the end of the day when you return to the property there are 3 floors to climb. The other item it the 8:30am start for breakfast. For us going out on daily excursions it was just too late.

Great location on Via Maqueda near historical sites and places to eat. Lovely, clean and comfortable room with safe, fridge, kettle and a fantastic shower. Excellent breakfast, Lory was friendly and super helpful in understanding my allergy requirements which made a big difference in feeling comfortable to eat. I'd recommend both Spera and Lory for making my stay safe and comfortable.

The room was amazing! And super clean! Also would be cleaned every day new sheets on the bed and fresh towels! The breakfast is amazing make sure you don’t miss out from 8-10 and the staff is so helpful and friendly and welcoming love it will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Palermo!

The propery is in a vibrant area alot of choice for eating out,close to the ferry port secure indoor parking 50mts away( but pricey at 25e per night),staff/ owners very helpful,all in all recomended

Banheiro minúsculo e sem privacidade. Praticamente um corredor. Muitas escadas para subir. Faltou essa informação para quem vai com malas. Cheiro muito forte por conta da quantidade de aromatizador de ambiente. Incomoda demais. Cama muito baixa e pequena.

Excellent location on main street. Very good breakfast buffet. However front desk staff was not very helpful and some things did not work such as the safe, The A/C is blocked on 23 so too cold for the very small room size so you have to turn it on and off constantly. Not a $50 iron in a luxury property so we had to go out dressed looking awful. No black out curtains or shades so very bright early. No elevator, not adequate for older people or people with in bad shape. Staff could not arrange for airport pick up and drop off. When returning to the hotel at night all the lights at the front desk (not staffed) are always off. Would not stay there again.

Everything was perfection! Car service was available upon request & very reasonable. They took us ANYWHERE we wanted to go. Suggestions added to the Sicilian experience. Professional & very accommodating to all our needs & requests. The warmest reception & always greeted with a smile. This is definately a place to revisit.

Everything was just what we needed, location was perfect, room was lovely if anything a few draws would have been good and a full length mirror as in Palermo for my son’s wedding. Jacuzzi bath in the room wasn’t for us but I am sure others will appreciate this. Excellent breakfast. Only negative if you struggle with steps this hotel isn’t for you.

Wir haben trotz Buchung eines Superior-Zimmers nur ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen (ca. 15 qm inkl. Bad im Zimmer). Man konnte kaum sein Gepäck unterbringen. Im Bad auch sehr eng, keine Handtuchhaken. Ansonsten: sehr gute Lage direkt an der Via Maqueda, die für Autos gesperrt ist!

A very strange place, I think they’re having a bit of an identity crisis. The room is painted in dark colours, signalling a certain hipness, but the lighting is bright and harsh, except in the bathroom where it is comically dim. There is a jacuzzi tub in the loft upstairs - it took 45 minutes to fill only to find the jets did not work… The walls are extremely thin - I could perfectly hear my neighbours have what sounded like a good time. Also, although the building is very old, it creaks and cracks and makes tons of sounds as if it is settling. Very strange… No coffee maker, no wine bottle opener. The shower, however, had excellent pressure, even if small. The location is also fantastic. My stay was not bad, just not great, and definitely bizarre.

Intressant rum i etage/halvplan med både bubbelbad, dusch och bastu för samma pris som normalt 3-4-stjärnigt hotell. Vi råkade få SPA-rummet. Men, lite obekvämt med branta trappor, flera våningar och ingen hiss. Ingen personal på plats då vi kom och då vi försökte ringa svarade de inte, och den var inte särskilt hjälpsamma då vi behövde komma in i receptionen (hade glömt en iPhone där). Däremot trevlig frukostpersonal. Mycket bra läge i Palermo.
