My room was spacious, and even though it was right off the lobby, it was quiet - perhaps because it wasn't high season. The bed was firm and large, which I like. The bathroom was also very big, although the shower was not. I also couldn't figure out how to turn on the radiator in the bathroom, which was a shame as I would've liked to dry some laundry I had washed in the sink. The upstairs breakfast was lovely - plenty of food options and wonderful service. But the best part of my stay was the helpfulness of the front desk concierge - Wilm was so kind and professional and gave me all sorts of advice about the city that helped me feel safe and confident as a solo traveller. I would stay here again.
