DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I honestly believe the good reviews on this place had to either be the employees or people they paid.
We got to the room and it was dirty. Honestly, it went downhill from there. The next day we had no clean towels. When we went to the front desk to ask, they told us they only change them out every 2 to 3 days. They said they would write it down that we needed towels every day. We were told they only clean the room every 2 to 3 days unless we request otherwise. This was a six night stay so on the third day we asked that our room be cleaned and new linens. I watched him write our name down and was told that it would be done that day. We got back to our room that night, it was not clean, no new towels, and the trash was still there. We went back to the front desk. The next morning I made the same request, it was clean that day, but no new linens were put on beds. They basically just wiped down the sink and took out the trash. From that point on we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. One day they had no clean towels and had to give us pool towels.
The towels were very stained, the orange juice pitcher in the breakfast area had mold on the handle, we killed 2 roaches, the floors were filthy. I seriously could go on. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
