It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again.
Birthday Surprise! Staff decorated the room.

What a horrible experience, I dont understand why the hotel.com app would place a badge for a great breakfast which is what made me choose this stays, The breakfast was less than fair, one poor ladtladylady handing all the tables

I booked this hotel cus the reviews were good !! Booked for two nights! When i was getting ready to shower the lights didn't work ! I called receptionist and she said that i had to wait till the morning to get it fixed! I asked for a refund and the lady said it was too much paperwork that had to be done ! She was also rude ! I ended up leaving and went for a better hotel where the light from the restroom actually work ! I guess i had to shower in the dark ! Place was old and dirty ! Save your money don't book here ! Lady refused to give me a refund

Amazing hotel in safe area

No recomendable.
