The reception service is very good. But our room is just one wall against the road outside. You can heard the loud noise of motorcycle every night until 1 am. Due to the open room designed the bathroom is open with just one glass door.I feel I am sleeping on the road openly.
I have huge concerns over the water condition in this hotel. I start to vomit after one night after having the happy hour in hotel and fine dine bali night formal dinner. Luckily they have a clinic in hotel and the pretty lady doctor cannot speak English at all! 😭😭luckily the manager come to translate immediately. Thanks to all the help provided afterward. Bali belly makes me really sick in the coming days.
The room cleaning team is really annoying. They keep on disturbing you morning and afternoon. I have no idea why they call me twice per day. I hanged the do not disturb sign outside. I am either sleeping or in the swimming pool. And I don’t want to answer the call!!
The most ridiculous one is the floating breakfast servants!!! I circled deliver on 9 am. And they call me at 8am!!!?? Just to ask me when you want to have your breakfast! I cannot even sleep late!!! Told them after 9 am again!b You know what ?? they deliver at 8:30 am ! Then why you call me?? Do you have a watch?!
The security of this hotel is also a big concern. The main door has no inside locker. Everyone can use a card to open it. And no keys for the house. So you sleep with your bed room door open. 😅😅
