This place is a scam. I left several messages and the owner never got back to me once regarding check-in. I had to book another hotel for our entire stay in Ho Chi Minh. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Could not reach anyone when I arrived to the property. There was no check-in counter as I thought it would and host did not respond thru Expedia or the provided phone number. Stuck outside for over 2 hours before Expedia confirmed they could not approved honour booking and refunded the cost.The experience was hectic and a dark spot to a great trip in Vietnam.

All the bed linens and bedding sheets plus the towels are old, turned yellow and the bed sheets and pillows are smelly, they are washing them in their only washing machines and hang try, needs professional cleaning services.

Only direction I received for this prooerty was to CHECK IN RECEPTION 2pm. NOT ONCE was I informed about meeting a HOST. This listing was fraudulent & theft!! Non existent booking … was left stranded upon arrival to find different accomodation for my grandchildren daughter & myself. Awaiting a refund .. which in itself is proving to be an absolute nightmare with Expedia saying awaiting response from Vinhomes. Well day 17 since we should have checked in and no response from Vinhomes. They are not bothering to respond to me or Expedia AVOID … don’t put yourself through this pain of landing in a country and ending up with NON existent accomodation you have paid for

Honestly very disappointed with this apartment stay. When we arrived, no one answered the phone at all, which left us stranded outside trying to figure out how to check in. After traveling, the last thing you want is stress and uncertainty like that. Communication is extremely important in hospitality, and unfortunately this experience fell short. The apartment itself may be fine, but the lack of responsiveness really affected our first impression and overall experience.

What You See is not What You Get

The location is great—it's near Ben Thanh market, and the condo is surrounded by multiple shopping plazas and convenience stores. However, what you see in the photos is not the same as what you get when you check in. The host allowed my family to do early check-in which was great since we traveled with elders and a baby. The host provided towels and toilet papers as requested promptly. There was one hiccup with the shower head and was addressed by the host within 2 days. I would come back but the condo really need a deep clean.

Room condition was minimal and the check in was so difficult and self maintained. I stayed for 4 days but on the 3rd day my arrive late but without any support to help by property owner, we already denied entry. So upsad with the whole experience. The property owner unable to correctly communicate with us and complain about our aitude . That is no service. At end i request a refu d and was declined. So no furher discussion on how yo check out vecaasuse the property owner rfusrd to talk. Iverall very poor and i don't amyone shold try my bad experience. But hotel.com took good cate oe and manage the remain proceess. Thank you for great professionalism

SCAM!!! I rented a luxury apartment for 2 nights, but the host didn’t provide check-in instructions or a way to access the apartment. Despite repeated calls, the host NEVER responded, leaving me, my friend, and a 1 year old STRANDED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. 18 buildings here have the same address, but the host never told us what building to go to. As I tried to figure it out by going building-to-building, I was RUDELY treated by 6 different security guards/front desk people who kept telling me to call the host. A security guard kicked us out of the lobby because we weren't residents, and made us stand outside -getting bitten by mosquitoes for 2 hours while I tried calling the host and Expedia. In total, I was on the phone with Expedia for 3+ hours. They said they would relocate us to a new place that was comparable to what we had booked. Instead, they placed us in a small studio with a partitioned wall, 1 bed, 1 futon, no running hot water, no bathtub for the baby, and rusted bathroom fixtures -nothing like the luxury apartment at Vinhomes that we had reserved. It has now been a week, and the host has still not reached out. I filed a claim with Expedia and have yet to receive a response. The 4 representatives I spoke with showed little empathy, and Expedia failed to provide accommodations comparable to what we had originally booked. We lost money, valuable vacation time, and nearly an entire day of our trip. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BOOKING A HOTEL INSTEAD OF AN APARTMENT.
