Amazing little hotel. Check in was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Quite little fishing village with two great restaurants and cool Pizzeria. Only 10 m Via bus to Portovenere and 10 mins back to La Spitz . Highly recommend. There are spiral stairs tho - so if you are not good with those - maybe give it a miss.

Points forts : - quartier calme (quoique un peu excentré) et proche de la mer - parking - disponibilité du personnel (présent sur place) Points négatifs : - nous avons eu l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée alors que nous avions eu l'impression de réserver un appartement en étage. D'où pas de vue sur la mer - pas assez d'eau chaude pour 4 personnes : certains ont dû se doucher, de manière récurrente, avec de l'eau tiède voire légèrement froide - les casseroles n'étaient pas propres - absence de four à micro-ondes. Or, en vacances, c'est très pratique.

Ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen olivat hyvin selkeät ja majapaikkaan pääsi taksilla juna-asemalta kohtuu helposti. Majoituksessa tuoksahti viemäri kun menimme sinne, eli aluksi piti tuulettaa. Lähellä pari ravintolaa ja satama. Muuten tällä alueella ei ollut paljoakaan tekemistä ja matka oli melko pitkä esimerkiksi juna-asemalle. Paras jos tulee omalla autolla, pääsee liikkumaan alueella ja myös parkkipaikkoja löytyi pihasta. Siisti ja kiva huoneisto, tilava kylpyhuone ja suihku. Ilmastointi iso plussa. Huoneistoon mennessä oli melko jyrkät portaat ja portaita oli paljon esimerkiksi matkalla lähimmälle bussipysäkille eli ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Parvekkeelta näkyi pieni kaistale satamaa ja merta.

Lage gut. Direkt am Hafen. Nach La Spezia City musste man allerdings das Auto nehmen. Nette kleine Wohnung. Schlafzimmer super. Die Schlafcouch war für zwei Teenager leider total unbequem. Zum Glück hatten wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend

Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places.

Wir hatten ein sauberes, sehr komfortables und sehr schön ausgebautes Appartment, eine sehr freundliche und kommunikative Dame an der Rezeption, deren Namen wir leider nie erfahren durften.

Beautiful view and patio Terrace! Kids really enjoyed the decoration because it was so unique and Pretty. It was unfortunate that we couldnt enjoy internet at the time of out stay. Otherwise it would have been perfect ! Thanks Lulu for helping us

lovely building with beautiful apartments

Friendly and helpful staff when checking in, easy to contact with WhatsApp when the reception was closed. Beautiful apartment with a modern and cozy touch. AC in both the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. Two big smart TVs. We stayed for two nights, wish we would have stayed longer. Perfect place to stay to be able to explore both the small towns close by and to drive to for example Pisa. Several beautiful wine yards in Tuscany are also within the reach of an hour with car. Easy to park in front of the building of the apartments. Everything felt safe and calm. A pizzeria, fish restaurant, a bar and small bakery nearby. One day a small vegetable market stopped by as well. In total it felt like the real Italian experience where the neighbors, locals, hung their laundry between the houses.

Vi bodde der 2 netter med 2 barn på 10 og 12. Bra beliggenhet til La Spezia, Portovenere og hele Cinque Terre. Fikk veldig gode tips i forhold til å besøke Cinque Terre med båt ☀️ Litt lytt mellom leilighetene som ikke gjorde noe for vår del men kan være greit å vite om. Pluss hadde vært å hatt noen kaffekapsler ved ankomst. Men ellers anbefales på det varmeste.
