There is a lot of room for improvement with maintaining rooms, and presentation of food. Doors didn’t close for the patio, allowing all manner of bugs in. Think more of glamping than resort. The buffet drinks were composed of an ice chest and store bought litter sodas

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in if not the worst. The rooms were not clean. They didn’t even have soap to wash your hands, no hooks to hand your towels, the sliding door would not lock, the beach was so dirty, the food was very plain, it was extremely noisy, and the service was so bad. I can go on and on. Do not recommended this place to anyone. Pictures are deceiving.

Bed was broken, it was reported the same day and nobody did anything. They knew about this issue and they just ignored it. My 75 years old mom with back problems had no other choice that sleep in that bed. I will not recommend to stay at this place.

We enjoyed our stay, 3 adults and 2 kids, nice apartment 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor furniture and patio, on the bay side. Very attentive staff, and very friendly

Price is to high, and not all in including. We payed 75$ for lunch cuz the lunch start late. They also charge you if you like to use the beds outside or at the beach, they charge you for for extra towels, and because we tooked them to the beach extra 12$ for each towels use. Snacks were old, I know was a Monday but I do believe the we should give every guest the best everyday. Definitely not the best choice for any visitors, with the price we payed we could get something much better. And the most annoying thing is the you have to request a ticket for every alcohol drink they serve. I’m so sorry but you should do better and all international visitors, be aware this place is not ideal for our spectating
