饭店曾住过多次 每次都是感觉特别的温馨舒适方便，服务员态度非常棒。如本次入住先办入了15层，感觉房间的味道有点儿不舒服，于是我去前台说了一下，前台的小姐马上把我的房间换了，又换成如前几次的清新自然的温馨舒适的房间。........下次还会选择入住这里的

easy stay, beautiful views, helpful staff

Overall, this hotel was clean with beautiful spacious rooms. However, we had to switch rooms 3 times because tv didn’t work. We booked a suite king and ultimately ended up in a smaller room because of it.

Was not impressed. Will not stay there again.

The location is amazing , you have all restaurants and stores across the street The hotel restaurant is very good , very good food and nice ambience The rooms are very small , is not very clean , the rooms have carpet and the carpet is not clean enough , in general is not so clean

The hotel is very nice! The rooms are very clean. The location is great! I stayed in a suite the first night and slept on the futon, which was fine, not great. Having two bathrooms was great, but the door to one did not close. The shower setup in the three bathrooms that I saw was very odd- there is just a half wall so water tends to get all over. It is also hard to turn it on without knowing for sure that you will not get sprayed in the face. I stayed in a regular room the second night. Both were clean but the decor was minimal (which I think is on purpose). We had some issues with obtaining a bucket of ice and our room keys did not work which was irritating being on the 18th floor and having to go down to reception, but I explained my concerns to the hotel and the customer service was great! Views from 18th floor are awesome!! Front desk was a bit curt for my taste. Make sure you utilize the amenities if you pay the resort fee. It is not advertised anywhere and they do not tell you at check-in but there is a wine happy hour from 5-6, coffee, a gym and more. Otherwise you are paying an additional $45 for nothing. I will likely stay there again since they addressed my concerns so well.

We stayed here four nights for our anniversary weekend. Nicole of Guest Relations surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! The staff was very professional and eager to make our stay comfortable. Erika at the bar made amazing cocktails, Jose the bellman was very helpful. The location was perfect, a great place to stay.

Overall a nice hotel. Rooms are very small and bathroom is awkward. There was a square of carpet cut out and they tried to replace the square but it wasn’t even attached. No coffee maker and only a fitted sheet on the bed. We called to see if we could get a sheet to go with comforter but they said they didn’t have any. Very strange.
