Help. Noone at reception,
We had no mobile as the number had changed hence no instructions as to how to check in. Luckily one of the guests came to our assistance and solved our problem. Really enjoyed having a drink at the bar after all the drama, we had not been aware that reception would not be manned

Late check in
Late check in information wasn't provided until 1am in the morning luckily someone else was using the late check in service so we were able to get our key. No one at reception and as we are from UK could not contact via telephone. Other than that very clean room, comfortable bed, good location.

Good short stay
Booked one bedroom studio for 3 nights. Very spacious. Everything worked and enough kitchenware. Overall building is just old and tired. Bed is passable. Pool is average and usable. Location is great and convent to ferry, bus and number of restaurants and bars. Good for a short stay and value for money

Flexible and accommodating
Room was a great size, clean and good view. Aircon worked a treat although the fan was not operational. Was able to have an early and late check-out which helped our plans greatly.

Needs refurbishing
We had a problem with our sliding door to the balcony. They changed our room as a result. We didn't notice until we had unpacked so that was a bit of a hassle. Property definitely could use a refurbishing. Bed was comfortable and we were able to walk downtown which was great.

The apartment was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. I don't understand why there was a small step up into the bathroom, we stubbed our toes on it several times. It is a bit hard to pull out of the parking lot as it's a one way street and there's heavy traffic. It's close to the corner, so if you can'tget over a lane quickly you're taking a circuitous route to get where you want to go. Tjat is not a deal braker.,

Good size room, comfortable, nice view. Photo showed walk in shower but my room was shower over bath with clingy shower screen which I did not like. I only requested room to be serviced one day using the “please make up my room” sign on my door but the room did not get serviced which was disappointing.

The staff was friendly at Check In, but other than that the stay wasn’t good. I felt unsafe because my room was on the ground floor, there was a restaurant down there as well and there was no key check to go down to the rooms, which made me feel unsafe. Music was loud but stopped around 10 pm. Rooms are old but clean. Reception closes at 4 pm (and is only open when needed at the weekends) which is something to know especially if you want to store luggage.
