這是在賣場大樓的飯店，從賣場外側有飯店的入住登記口登記入住，以隔天要乘坐地鐵去機場來說，交通十分便捷，且有許多餐飲店家可以選擇。地鐵線路前往重要景點也很方便，是經濟務實的入住選擇。

My experience at this hotel has been excellent. The staff have been welcoming. Two girls working at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The location is conveniently located above a mall with a supermarket. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Transportation is also convenient with plenty of taxis in the area. I’ve fallen in love with China and especially Beijing. This will be our go to hotel for our future visits to Beijing. We will be back certainly.

To start, this hotel is shared with another hotel, but it seems like the Dream Hotel is the part that is not maintained well. After we received our room key, we took the elevator to our floor. This floor had wet carpets from leaks, and the entire hallway did not have AC. This made the hallway humid and very hot! It was about 90 degrees.After that first impression, I got to my room, which looked nothing like the picture. It was extremely small. Two people could not comfortably open a suitcase in the room. I then turned the AC on, and it leaked water directly on top of the bed. The final straw was that the shower would not hold water and would leak into the bathroom.Overall, my experience at the Dream Hotel was very unpleasant. I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone.

Very convenient location, very uncomfortable beds. Shower/toilet area was a bit hazardous with how slippery it made the bathroom and outside the door of the washroom despite trying to keep all water inside.

Nah an Metro und Bus. Direkt im Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Man kann kostenlos Wäsche waschen und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist im ersten Moment schwer zu finden, weil man durch ein anderes Hotel durchgehen muss, um mit dem Lift in den 8 Stock zur Rezeption zukommen. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

The nearest Subway station is Exit D of Songjiazhuang Station. A little difficult to find in the first place as we exit from the wrong gate in the subway. Once we checked in and find out the direction of the nearest subway is far more convenient for couple like us who enjoy walking as shopping, eatery and subway to bring you everywhere. Recommend for those who need value for money hotel in Beijing as the price is very reasonable.

Unless you have business in this area, it is very far from the main tourist attractions. Overall cleanliness of this hotel is deceiving. The pictures look really good, but I'm not sure if the floor was ever cleaned during our 5 day stay. The bathroom is also mildewy. The walls are paper thin and the guests next to us were screaming until past on the first night. To the staff's credit, they finally dealt with those guest by the 3rd night.
