We can absolutely recommend the Phos hotel! We were greeted by the reception staff with a welcome drink and were given a free upgrade to the maisonette unit for our week. Given it was the end of the season it was more quiet and exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was fresh and had great variety everyday and again always greeted by the lovely staff. Location was right on the main strip with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from and a 2 min walk right down to the beach. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to book this hotel

Clean modern hotell with friendly staff. Hotell had a nice pool area, its on the smaller side but ok! If you can, choose the swim in/up rooms much better value. Overall a very nice stay. Rooms had good ac and we had a very quiet room.

Phos hotel was an absolute dream. Staff were helpful & accommodating, the property & rooms=12/10 & the breakfast was fantastic. The perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet, clean, chic place to stay between Platanias & Agia Marina. Our stay was exceptional and would absolutely return.

Room was always clean and fresh. Shower excellent. Didn't like the idea of sink being in bedroom and not in bathroom. Bar excellent with friendly service.

Le séjour au Phos était fabuleux ! Tout y était parfait : chambre, piscine, petit déj. Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et spontanément gentil. J'espère pouvoir y retourner !

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful and so was the room. We were upgraded to a swim up room. It was a bit cool still in Crete but we enjoyed it as much as possible. Breakfast was perfect and the hostess and all the staff made our stay very pleasant! We would love to come back!

I recently stayed at Phos and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier—the entire team was attentive, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making sure my stay was perfect. Everything about the property was excellent: Accommodations: The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dining: I was thoroughly impressed with both breakfast and lunch. The quality and variety were outstanding, making every meal a highlight of the day. Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness throughout my stay was impeccable. I cannot recommend Phos highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality hotel experience. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Kleiner Nachteil sind die Parkmöglichkeiten und der dadurch teilweise weite Weg zu den Zimmern
