We had a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful and so was the room. We were upgraded to a swim up room. It was a bit cool still in Crete but we enjoyed it as much as possible. Breakfast was perfect and the hostess and all the staff made our stay very pleasant! We would love to come back!

Beautiful couples getaway

A lovely 4 day break. We wish we had have booked longer. We stayed in a room with a shared private pool. Pool is cleaned daily, a little cold but you soon get used to it. You share with 3 other couples. Staff can’t do enough to help you. They’re all so friendly. Breakfast is so fresh and always updated. The bar menu, is also lovely. The food is cooked fresh to order and tastes great. Only downside is the food closes a little early and it’s so good they would be a great restaurant option. Cleaners come everyday and the hi-tech kit allows you to put a digital DND sign on. We would 100% go back!!!

We had the most incredible time at Phos Hotel! Me and my best friend booked Phos Hotel for our yearly girls’ holiday and we were just blown away by the service, cleanliness and friendliness here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured - it’s really peaceful and relaxing as it’s not a huge hotel which we prefer. The staff were incredible and always went above and beyond for us! Maria and Petros were both fantastic, so kind and helpful, printing off the bus timetable, booking excursions and giving us recommendations of places to go! Akis on the bar and the security guy were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome and safe! Our room was spotless (and continued to be, housekeeping was fantastic!), we had a view over the pool, which was glorious to wake up to every day. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, and again the staff were super friendly and took good care of us. The location was perfect for us as we wanted easy access to the beach, but also the ability to be able to get into Chania easily by public transport! Chania is a €2 20 minute bus journey away, so super easy and cheap to get to! We also went to Rethymno which was just over an hour away by bus and only about €7 (you have to go to Chania first and get the bus from there!). We just had the most amazing time here, wish we could come back already!! Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phos. Great and luxurious hotel. It was so nice to relax and enjoy the pool. The service was excellent, and our room was cleaned and refreshed every day. Breakfast was good—not a huge variety, but that was fine since we weren't much of a breakfast persons anyway. The hotel also has a nice bar, and you can order food for lunch, which is a great bonus. Overall, a really great hotel where you can relax and unwind. Also friendly staff. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier—the entire team was attentive, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making sure my stay was perfect. Everything about the property was excellent: Accommodations: The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Dining: I was thoroughly impressed with both breakfast and lunch. The quality and variety were outstanding, making every meal a highlight of the day. Housekeeping: A special shout-out to the housekeeping team. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness throughout my stay was impeccable. I cannot recommend Phos highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality hotel experience. We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool. The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel! Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania.

Πολύ όμορφο και καινούριο ξενοδοχείο, σε εξαιρετική και κεντρική τοποθεσία στον Πλατανιά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και η καθαριότητα άψογη. Το πρωινό είναι καλό. Επίσης, κάποιες μικρές πρακτικές λεπτομέρειες, όπως μια βάση δίπλα στον νιπτήρα για τις οδοντόβουρτσες και τα προσωπικά αντικείμενα, θα έκαναν τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο άνετη και θα προστάτευαν και την ξύλινη επιφάνεια από την υγρασία. Θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά!
