Apartment was old and found few issues like Ants in apartment and some of issues like TV remote not working & bathroom pipe has minor leak. Now usually we don't check but it does not have Air condition and during summer it was bit difficult to manage. overall apartment location near by but its quite old flat and where we got apartment, there was another apartment on that floor which looks like construction site and lot of dust.

Small but usable unit close to transport

We appreciated the washing machine in the unit (no detergent for laundry or dishwasher provided). The unit is on a busy street and there is no air conditioning so it was a little loud for sleeping. We appreciated the room fan provided (also good to help dry laundry). The location is far from city center, but close to transportation and a nice park for running. The one kitchen towel provided was very dirty (hadn’t been washed) and there was a wet, smelly towel in the laundry when we arrived.

El edificio es antiguo y parte de él en obras, el apartamento que me asignaron está a medio reformar y en una planta que todos los demás apartamentos no existen, solo agujeros en las paredes con puertas de obras. No inspira mucha seguridad. Y el apartamento lo único bueno eran los electrodomésticos que parecen bastante nuevos y los cacharros de la cocina.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. First of all the location was excellent for what we needed. As we had relatives who lived just down the road and the wasserpark just round the corner. The apartment itself was well equipped. Plenty of space and modern touches. The communication provided was great with clear instructions and information. We have stayed in Wien on numerous occasions but this was our first time staying in floridorf. The area was full of the needed shops like groceries, clothing, eateries. As always the transport links around the city was excellent with a direct link to the airport from florisdorf station (s7) We would highly recommend the floridorfer apartments and look forward to our next vienna trip.

The apartment was very clean and easy access to all shopping, transportation restaurants and many others. We had a good time. But the pillow was very bad and now I have a bad neck, please I would appreciate it if you guys changed the pillows on the apartments thanks
